Corptive provides business networking solutions, research and knowledge services, assistance with SME IPOs, and other consulting services. All services must be used for legitimate and ethical business purposes. Fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful use is strictly prohibited.

All materials are for informational and strategic guidance only. Corptive is not a SEBI-registered intermediary, and any investment or IPO decisions must be validated through certified professionals, such as merchant bankers or legal advisors.
2. Payment Terms
All payments for subscriptions, consulting, or other services must be completed before the commencement of services, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment gateway. We do not store sensitive payment information, such as credit/debit card details. By making a payment, you consent to the processing of your payment information through this secure gateway.

Failure to make payments or initiate disputes without valid reasons may result in suspension or termination of services.
3. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Corptive, including reports, presentations, and proprietary documents, is owned by us. You may use our materials internally for your business purposes only. Distribution, sharing, or copying without written permission is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality
Both you and Corptive agree to keep all shared information confidential. Disclosure is permitted only if:

- The information becomes public through no fault of ours

5. Limitation of Liability
Corptive is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost business or missed opportunities. Decisions made based on our insights or reports are your sole responsibility. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to indemnify and hold Corptive harmless from all claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
7. Termination
You may terminate services at any time by emailing info@corptive.com or using the client dashboard, if available. Termination is effective once all outstanding payments are cleared. Corptive reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Corptive operates.
